Have excellent litigation and negotiation skills, ability to effectively advocate for our clients in and out of hearings.  Attention to detail, great research and analytical skills, and critical thinking ability are vital in creating and building strong cases and in creating persuasive arguments. Be well able to conduct legal research with software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis and the like.  Have the habit of staying current with relevant laws and precedents. Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary for drafting legal documents and communicating with clients, colleagues, the tribunal and opposing counsel.

This requires case management skills, precision in legal writing, a professional demeanor at depositions and court hearings and a high likely hood of hearing.  Be hard-working, motivated, have a positive attitude and be capable of doing independent work.

This work is done remotely.  This is a part-time independent contract position that can be scaled to full time. Good opportunity that can expand as to case load and income.  2 to 3 years or more of prior litigation experience required.  If you'd like to join the team, email in your cover letter and/or resume with writing sample.  Be admitted to practice law in the State of Washington.
