In 1986, partners Diane Boly and Pat Welch founded the company with the vision of connecting talented candidates with top local employers. Three decades since that beginning, and now under the active leadership of President Andrew Welch, the firm has grown organically to 40+ employees located in Portland’s historic Power & Light Building. We are proud to have been recognized for contributions to the community, by the employers and candidates who define our successes and for an ongoing commitment to the triple bottom line of people, planet and profits through our B Corporation certification.
