In the last 45 years, Lukins & Annis has grown to become one of the larger law firms in the Inland Northwest and the State of Washington. While we represent clients nationally and internationally, our primary service area is regional – extending from the Cascade Mountains into Montana and from Canada to Oregon.
Our attorneys practice in a wide range of areas, including business, commercial, class action, employment, environmental, estate planning and probate, litigation, municipal, real estate and land use, and tax law. Company History
In 1972, Scott Lukins, a tax attorney, and Eugene Annis, a litigator, agreed to merge their tax and litigation practices. Beginning their new firm with 8 lawyers and 12 staff, rapid expansion and additional mergers followed. Today, we serve the needs of a wide variety of individuals, businesses, and public entities from our main office in Spokane, Washington, and our branch offices in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and in Moses Lake, Washington. We currently have 34 attorneys and 29 staff members who stand ready to represent you in our tradition of excellence.
